I ordered my usual size and even checked the size chart before buying, but the fit was just really weird. It was tight in places it shouldn’t be and loose in other spots, so it didn’t feel right at all. And it’s not even about needing a perfect fit, I just expected it to be somewhat close to what the guide showed. Too much of a hassle for me, honestly.

My regular pillowcase did fit this pillow, which was a relief because I was a little unsure about the sizing. It’s slightly snug around the corners, but nothing that feels like a dealbreaker. Overall, I’m happy with the pillow and it feels comfortable, I just wish the sizing details were a bit clearer so I could’ve felt more confident before ordering

I ordered from Honeydew, and the shipping was just okay. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it also didn’t feel especially quick, if that makes sense.

It ended up taking a few days longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning. Maybe I was checking it too often, but I feel like it’s fair to want a little more info when you’re waiting on an order.

The package did arrive in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the delivery estimate had been more clear upfront, because then I probably wouldn’t have wondered if something was off.

I ordered this from Honeydew the pillow itself feels really good. The website and shipping were totally fine, no complaints there. But when I first opened it, there was this intense smell that kind of hit me right away. I don’t know exactly how to describe it, just very new-foam or plastic-y, and it definitely bothered me.
I left it in another room to air out for a couple days and it got way better, though I could still kind of notice it the first night I used it. I really do like the pillow now and it feels great to sleep on, so I’m still happy overall. I just wish that initial smell wasn’t so strong, because it made the first impression a little weird.

I had to return an item the customer service response was slow, which was frustrating. But to be fair, they did eventually sort everything out, so I guess it ended okay. Not the smoothest experience, but not terrible either.

This is literally so comfy and gives me great support all night. I love it.

I took the cover off easily and washed it on cold without any issues. I let it air dry, and it went back on okay, though it was a little snug at first. I’m happy with it overall, but I do kind of regret not checking the zipper more closely because it doesn’t feel as tough as I’d like

I really wanted this to feel cooling, but for me it just didn’t. It got stuffy quick, especially after lying on it for a bit. Support was nice and basically said something like, “everyone sleeps a little differently,” which is fair, but it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I bought this because it was labeled hypoallergenic, and I was really hoping it would help. But after using it for about a few nights, I still woke up with itchy eyes and a stuffy nose. Maybe it works better for some people, but it just didn’t do much for me. The quality seems okay overall, but around allergies, it wasn’t really the solution I was hoping for

I went with the medium firm option, and it’s been a nice balance so far. It feels supportive without being overly hard, and I’ve been sleeping a bit better since using it.

I couldn’t find clear info on the site about the materials or any non-toxic testing, and customer support took a while to get back to me. It’s not the worst product, but I just don’t feel totally comfortable using it daily

As a picky side sleeper, I’m really glad I could adjust the fill. I took a little out, and now it feels perfect for me. Been sleeping great since.

I bought this hoping it would help me sleep better since I wake up a lot during the night. At first, it did feel comfortable, and I think my neck felt a little less stiff, so I was hopeful. But after using it for a while, the actual sleep improvement was really small. Some nights it was fine, and other nights it felt no different than my old pillow. For the price, I expected more. It’s not a terrible pillow, but I do regret buying it without reading more reviews first

The prices are okay, I guess... not too bad, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing value. For what you get, it could definitely be a bit better!

I was kind of worried it would be too high like the other one, but this pillow ended up being just right for me. Not super flat, not too tall. My neck has felt a lot better in the mornings, which was the whole thing. Took me maybe one night to get used to it, but now I’m really happy with it.

My order from honeydewusa.com showed up looking nice overall. The box was clean, everything inside was arranged neatly, and it felt like they put some care into the packaging.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering though: one corner of my box was a little dented when it arrived. Luckily nothing inside was damaged, so I’m still happy with it, but I’d definitely recommend checking everything over when your package gets delivered.

I really wanted to like this, and the idea behind it is great, but cleaning it? Not exactly fun. Stuff gets caught in the little corners, and I usually have to rinse it a couple of times before it actually feels clean. Isn’t the whole point supposed to be that it makes things easier? It’s also not as quick to wipe down as I hoped. Maybe I had my expectations too high, but for everyday use, it ends up feeling like more hassle than it’s worth.

I wanted to like this, but the weird contoured shape just felt awkward and didn’t fit me right at all. I also felt like there were too many steps just to get it positioned comfortably, and even then it still didn’t feel good. Not for me.
